Yugu1-T2T repeat informaiton is released!
Yugu1-T2T repeat information is available.
Setariadb v1.0 is online!
The Setaria comprehensive database is available.
Expression module is set up!
This module provide multi-tissues expression search for Yugu1 (S.italica, the most widely used reference genome), Ci846 (S.italica, the most easily transformed line), and A10 (S.viridis, the wild accession which is widely used in C4 biological studies).
Multi-omics module is available now!
This module include genotype variome, transcriptome, metabolome, phenome and the correlation analysis.
Enrichment module is available now!
This module can be utilized for GO and KEGG enrichment analysis in foxtail millet, employing both newly annotated genes from Yugu1_T2T and Yugu1 v2.2.
Jbrowse is updated!
The newly annotated genes for Yugu1 T2T genome have been added for Jbrowse.
BLAST module is available now!
Haplotype module is available now!
This module could be used for haplotyping on 1844 Setaria accessions. By using the haplotype analysis module, users can conduct haplotype analysis based on genes, exons, CDS, etc., as well as haplotype genotyping for any combination of loci and accessions, and also perform association analysis between haplotypes and phenotypes.
Yugu1 T2T reference genome is available!
OrthoVenn2 is available now!
This platform could be used for comparison and annotation of orthologous gene clusters among multiple species.
110 high quality reference genomes for Setaria are relased.
Germplasm module is available now!
JBrowse2 is available now, 10 genomes have been added!
BLAST tools is available now!
BLAST to reference genome Yugu1(v2.2) is set up!
The Setaria database (setariadb) is established.
The first integrative and specially designed web-accessible database for Setaria is set up. It mainly focus on integrating reference genomes, genomic variations, germplasms and multi‐omics data of foxtail millet and establishing their relations to assist the foxtail millet community for better genetic resources exploration and breeding.
