Welcome to Setaria DB

Foxtail millet (Setaria italica L.) is a grain crop widely grown in Asia with particular significance in semi-arid regions of Northern China. Setaria-db focus on integrating reference genomes, genomic variations, germplasms and multi-omics data of foxtail millet and establishing their relations to assist the foxtail millet community for better genetic resources exploration and breeding.
